What is your return policy?
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise* within 30 days from receipt of your order for a refund (less 15% restocking fee and corresponding taxes, whenever possible). Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please note a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all product returns.

*Sorry, but we can not accept returns on special/custom orders and those with special instructions.
*We also do not accept returns from wholesale orders nor from discounted products or products bought at a discount.
*If you are returning an order where free shipping is offered, we will deduct shipping charges (with corresponding taxes, whenever applicable) from your refund, based on the following rates:

How do I return merchandise I've ordered from you?
To return products covered by our 30-day money back guarantee, please do the following:
1. Email us to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It may take up to 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you.
2. Write this RMA# issued to you, clearly on the package that you are returning.
IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. Simply return the product in the same condition as purchased.
3. Address and send package as follows:

- Do not abbreviate RETURN MERHCANDISE AUTHORIZATION# to RMA# when addressing your package.
- For customs declaration forms, e.g., the green sticker, please state "returned goods - Decals/Stickers" (or license plates, etc) on the description field. Please DO NOT overstate the valuation of your returned goods (exclude shipping cost). Without proper documentation, taxes may be applied on the package sent back to us. If so, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
- Please send the items to be returned to us via the post office. We WILL NOT accept returns sent by courier.
- Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Refunds on purchases made with PayPal will only be credited back to your PayPal account. The credit will be made within 5-7 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your orders, just email us and we will proceed accordingly.
- If we receive your order cancellation BEFORE we ship your order, we will refund your cart total (less 5% of the order total).
- If we receive your order cancellation AFTER we ship your order, then the return policy applies. I.e., we will email you an RMA#, wait for your order to be returned to us and we will refund your order total (less 15% restocking and shipping fees and corresponding taxes, whenever applicable).
